Message from the Farm

Although the Farms for City Kids program is currently suspended because of the pandemic, we miss all of you and wanted to reach out in light of recent troubling events. The Farms For City Kids program serves communities of color, and we can’t remain silent on this issue. Please rest assured that the board and staff of Farms For City Kids stand in solidarity with the protest against systemic racism and racial bias.

It is especially hard to imagine what children make of these most difficult times, and we wish we were able to do more to express our support and concern, but rest assured our farm will always remain a safe haven for all.

The farm is not the same without our young visitors and their wonderful teachers. We look forward to better times ahead when we can welcome you all back. On behalf of everyone at Spring Brook Farm Cheese and Farms For City Kids Foundation we wish you a safe and happy summer.
In Peace, rob
