This week, the students worked on planting our 3 sisters garden, which incorporates Corn, beans & squash. The calf pads were cleaned & our calves were very well cared for. The ladies were able to visit the Cheese makers in the make-room, before helping to age those beautiful Spring Brook Farm cheeses. And everyone tried
